Quick fire questions pre recorded and randomly generated. Not enough time to answer questions and they are a bit unusual and not the relatable to the role. Also competency tests beforehand were all good, only the pre recorded questions were bad
There were 3-4 round. Where in they check practical knowledge regarding Excel and general knowledge.
They also check regarding overall management view like leadership and all. They check your knowledge regarding KPI and TAT and how you manage your task.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Vodafone (Kanpur Nagar) in Sept 2017
