Very professional and efficient. Managed internally by their internal recruitment team. Made up of an initial screening by internal recruitment team, then followed by 2 rounds of interviews with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Fairly standard. 2nd round involved a case study to understand my thinking and experience to certain finance operational issues.
The first interview is online via zoom and lasted about 20 minutes. It’s a very formal affair but not very complicated. The second one is face to face and involves some practical questions

2 stage process - behavioural interview and a competency based interview involving a Finance representative/ hiring manager and HR. Competency based interview askes standard questions around Vodafone Spirit. Behavioural interview focused on my knowledge for the role.
