Interview
Between four and eight competency based questions followed by the construction of an email response to a customer scenario. A little "about yourself" section to get your warmed up and ready for the questions. Plenty of time given during the process.

Interview
I was told that I didn't need the phone interview and went straight to the face-to-face interview. HR are so helpful and supportive throughout the process and address any concerns you have. The information you get before the interview is great.

I applied for network engineer post.But they preferred the CCNA people, so they did not select me. First round was communications which is very easy. Second one was HR. Third PI. Last was with team lead.
