I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Fairly standard application process, video interview. The assessment center is the best I have been invited to attend. Large group of applicants compared to most. Was an extremly relaxing enviroment. Hosts used their great humour and friendliness to give those nervous people the confidence and encouragement to perform at their best. Great tour and great excercises, followed by the best assessment center lunch ive had.

I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Apr 2026
Interview
The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Question 1
Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.
