Very unprofessional people. Never made me comfortable through out the interview, the lady in the panel had shared her webcam and was smiling whenever I answered, not sure why, I had to minimize the screen to avoid the distraction. Even if you tell them you haven't work on the particular thing then also they will keep asking on the same.

Interview
I got a call directly from HR through Naukri.com First round was technical, it was a telephonic interview which went well. Second round was skype, it was a TDD interview where in you have to write test cases and develop a solution. Third round is techno managerial. At this point the manager told me that it's a DevOps position and they require AWS and microsevices. Inspite of telling them that i don't have any experience in AWS microsevices the penal kept asking questions from AWS, microsevices, CI CD pipeline. How could you expect someone to talk about things they have never worked on. Also why do they even schedule interviews when the profile is not matching. Complete waste of time and efforts. Don't go for their interviews even if you do please check before hand about the profile.

Interview
I went through a consultancy to Volkswagen IT services India,Hinjewadi - Pune . It was decent but management was not good. First they took a test having 6 sections(Core java,Hibernate,PL SQL,Front end,Threading,other skills ) Total nearly 40 questions and one hour is given. Its a Objective questions and AVG level. Just learn the basics and focus on fundatmentals. Once the test is cracked, they asked me and couple of other people [ they take almost all for next round ] to wait for next round. We had to wait for 3 hours for next round. It was technical interview. Simple questions and asked about current work. Once done, there is next one more technical round. The same was asked but in more detailed manner. Once done, they take HR and its done.
