Management for the process was proper. culture is reflecting through management of the interview questions are related to technical like mostly based on the job description. the interview panel was so humble with all the candidates. code of conduct strictly followed during the whole process

Interview
1) Interview: Competency questions on skills, work experience and knowledge of the company/role. Motivations for applying were asked.
2) Group Presentation: Case study analysis with questions asked at the end. Given an hour to prepare. In front of 10 company staff in a board room.
3) Individual Presentation : Individual case/problem on branch contracts, present in front of two HR staff.
