This was a scheduled drive,I had a technical round and managerial round. The technical round was easy. Basic java /j2ee questions. The managerial round is the one which made me very uncomfortable. The manager was very particular about my break in career and my personal life. There was no technical questions or questions related to what i had worked on rather he was keen on whether i will leave the company as soon as i join. If there is a fear that female employees will leave due to family commitments please do not shortlist the resume. Very bitter experience.

It was good and interviewer was a nice guy .It contained 3 rounds .FIrst one was technical .The interviewer was a good guy ,he more emphasized on the approach rather than the exact answers .Second round was Managerial .Lady was really good and it was more about how I handle work in day to day life .Third was HR .Over all it was a very good experience .
