The processus was quite lenghthy as it started just before summer, It consisted mainly on two interviews, tests and background review with references. Everything happened mainly on Skype as position was in another country. First interview was about 1,5 hours, concerning mainly the experience in my field of expertise. Then I had some logics tests to do, verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning. Second interview was with HR and more on the results of the tests and more HR type of questions. After a veeeeeeeeeeeery long waiting period, I got contact again for giving two references and finally got the offer, which was low. It surprises me that even if I gave form start my salary expectation, they continued the process, knowing that the proposed job has a much much lower salary scale. As a consequence, I declined, which is a pity and a bit a waste of time on both sides.
