Quick chat to discover my interests and background, followed by a written test. I had a pleasant chat with one of the two people interviewing (one of them was extremely socially awkward). As I left they didn't really thank me for coming in, nor did they ever call me back to let me know the outcome. I felt that them not calling or emailing to let me know after I had taken the time to come in was extremely low, so I'm glad I didn't get an offer or work for a company like that.
