First step was a screener with HR, then a longer call with hiring manager. Both online. Next step was in their offices but I didn't get to that part of the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Told me about a business problem and asked me how I would solve it.
Ausência de feedback apos o processo. Cheguei a evoluir algumas fases, mas nao tive um retorno mesmo que o proprio rh da empresa tenha me abordado para a posição. Acredito que faltou uma devolutiva coerente
I applied online. I interviewed at Voy in Apr 2025
Interview
I have never experienced a more chaotic hiring process. Interviews were repeatedly rescheduled (including one the day before), communication was painfully slow, and after completing two rounds I was ghosted. Even worse, this wasn’t a one-off — the same recruiter did this to me twice for two different roles. She didn’t even remember my previous application, which made the experience feel careless and disrespectful.
If the company is genuinely too busy, they should invest in proper talent staff rather than waste candidates’ time. I know it’s an employers’ market right now, but if there’s one company I would actively advise people against applying to, it’s Manual. Their hiring process not only damages their reputation but likely puts off strong candidates who would otherwise be interested. I can’t help but wonder if management even knows this is happening.
