The process started with a very short HR screening call (~15 minutes). Shortly after, I was asked to complete a home assignment that required a full day (or more) of in-depth analysis and strategic work.
Despite the significant time investment, there were no intermediate professional interviews, no live discussion of the assignment, and no clear evaluation criteria shared in advance. The process ended with a rejection after submission.
Overall, the workload expected at an early stage felt disproportionate to the level of engagement from the company, and the process lacked balance, transparency, and respect for candidates time.
