The interview process was very straightforward, with 4 rounds in total. In the first round, it was an HR screening, through this step I met Melissa a friendly and caring individual who guided me throughout the interview process. The second round was an online technical assessment, they asked some Javascript algorithm-based questions, some easy to medium SQL questions, one easy Angular implementation, and some multiple choice/short answers. This assessment probably takes 3-4 hours to do, overall it is challenging but doable. The next step was a meeting with Charles to review my answers, from the technical assessment (such as different approaches one could've taken in the implementation) and discuss some of my previous experience. For the final stage, I met with Anand whose enthusiasm and charisma cemented my desire to work there—receiving an offer within 24 hours of that final interview.

I got the opportunity to interview with Vretta through an employee referral. The whole process was very efficient and completed within a week. The recruiter, Melissa, responded very quickly and was very supportive in coordinating the entire interview process successfully. The first round was with HR, the second round was an online assessment, the third round was a one-on-one technical interview with the VP, and the fourth round was an interview with the CEO. All the interviewers were very engaged and full of enthusiasm. Overall, it was a great experience.
