I was incredibly dissapointed with the professionalism of the interview process. I scheduled a time for a phone screen, and then the recruiter didn't call me at the scheduled time. Hours later, they called me and said they misdialed my phone number, and attempted to reschedule. It wasn't until our third attempt that they finally showed up, almost 30 minutes late, and without apologizing for being late. I get that the job market is competitive right now, but my time was utterly wasted for a simple phone screen.

I was interviewed by the CEO & CTO in their office (in Matawan, NJ). In addition to being late and unprepared, they didn't ask a single question about the job for which I applied.
