There was a phone screening process by the HR personnel. There was a design challenge after the telephonic interview. They liked the design so, I was scheduled for an in-person interview to meet with senior designer. Regardless of however the interview went. A candidate usually expects a response whether he/she is selected or rejected. In this case, there was no response whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
