Completed phone-call interview on the next day and then got offer at night.

The process is fast and feedback is positive from interviewers and timely(just one week), but the recruiter may need more skilled training in communication to avoid misunderstanding.
We cannot make the deal for the budget.
The whole process includes 3 rounds, 1 senior manager (direct manager for the role), 1 senior manager, and 1 senior Russian manager.
The latter two are going on the same day.
