Interview
Before the interview, I had to complete a computer literacy test (easy if you use computers for work), and a written assessment (challenging). I recommend reading through their policy before the assessment.
The interview was completed by a panel of two (HR and hiring manager). It was meant to be in person, but I asked for an online interview and they accepted my request. It was a great experience! They were very friendly and professional.

Question 1
There were lots of questions testing decision-making, including scenarios.
Asked about strengths and weaknesses, behavioral scenario questions, lasted for about an hour in person, with two staff present, one from the department and one from human resources. They allowed questions at the end
