Interview
STAY AWAY First round was a call with 20 other people where a woman read off a script then invited us all to a "one on one" interview with the CEO in person. Upon arrival I found the interview was with six other candidates. The CEO, Gustavo could not have been more unprofessional and vague about what the company does. He got upset when candidates asked questions such as one person who asked "what does the company do exactly" to which he replied "do you want to know exactly when you die" . He also told a young girl in my group hat her masters degree was a waste. I did research after this disaster and found out Gustavo is a con man and the business is actually selling government issued phones in low income areas for virtually no salary. STAY AWAY

Interview
First interview was done through Zoom with 8 other participants. Basic introduction questions were asked. I was offered a "second round interview" and upon showing up to their office, I was expecting an interview but instead I was brought from their Manhattan office to a street on Jamaica, Queens where I was told I would be selling phones (???) until the CEO arrived back in NYC for the actual "interview".
Do not apply for this company. I have not heard back from anybody in this company regarding a legitimate interview. This company will waste your time with no hesitation. The CEO cannot even show up to interview potential candidates which is quite disappointing.

Interview
The first round interview is a group interview. Candidates take turns to answer questions. It is a short interview and some of the candidates will have the chance to the second-round interview.
