Managed by a third party recruiter. This seemed good, because it meant it was a high touch interview process: they might actually be invested in their candidates. My opinion changed drastically after getting a form rejection email a week after a third round interview. No details, not even a person's name on the email, just a generic HR system rejection note.

Question 1
Describe working with volunteers and managing difficult personalities.
A third party recruiter reached out, did an informational interview, asked for my availability for the next round of interviews with the department head, NEVER RECEIVED AN INVITE after that. They kept making excuses every time I’d follow up and that I should hear soon. Eventually wrote to them saying that I wasn’t interested anymore because the management seems to not have clarity. They responded with “at this time, the team has let me know they are hiring an internal candidate for the role”. Btw, I’m an international candidate and I’m not sure what they mean by that.
Great and very nice work and great project and great team behind this amazing work you are a legend in this project I hope you are doing good in the next few days I am sure it is
