Interview
Interview was a formality. I was immediately hired as I am over qualified. I was told that there were lots of opportunities within the company to advance. Since I have worked there I have seen more leave than arrive, so I am unsure what the overall feeling of the company is at this point.
The interview process was daily quick. Submitted an application by referral, received a call from the the hiring manager, had an interviewer, and then wonton a week got an offer.

Interview
Kinda of an awkward interview. Contacted me less than 24 hours before interview date, actually wanted to do interview the day they called me. Easy questions. Told me the pay was $15.40 an hour which is not great.
