3 rounds of interviews - first with HR, second with the hiring manager and third was a peer interview. The entire process was unnecessarily long - from the HR phone screen to receipt of the rejection notice was 66 days and from the final round interview to rejection was 41 days alone. Not at any time was a timeline presented to prepare you for such a lengthy process. I followed up with the recruiter 3 times within that 41 day period and was never given a time line despite requesting one and my third email was never responded to.

It was an average experience. Didi not match the expectations . Good process quick result. Interview taken by two senior officials . They started with general about yourself questions and then asked specific question about underwriting, portfolio management, empowerment limit, loans handled, tyupe of loans .
