      Resource Engineer Interview

      8 Dec 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WGNSTAR in Dec 2010

      Interview

The interview took place over the telephone, and was very pleasant. The people valued what your answers were and challenged the answers further, for both of you to be on the same page as to what position you were interviewing for. The interview process took only around 20 minutes and when everyone is satisfied, the emails start hitting your inbox. Acceptance contract paper work very easy to understand and is very detailed as to the work and conditions all agreed upon. There was originally only one interview, but, talked to a couple more people just for clarification.
