WINDSOR SMITH interview questions

An In person interview one on one with regional manager. The manger asked the typical questions in a job interview asking about your strengths and weaknesses and you had to expand on these.

Completed interview and became successful with a congratulatory text message. Was then ghosted and ignored when trying to get in contact with the manager. Bit weird that they conduct all communication through text, including the interview through Face Time. As well as ask for you to provide them with a full police check.
