Grilled about paperwork backup for bill payment, informed the owner was a tyrant who yelled and screamed at employees, but I thought is was an exaggeration. It was not. They said they were pleased that I lived close by so I would not be late. Hours were 8:30 to 5:30, I got there by 8AM but no one was ever there to open the office until after 8:30AM.
