There was a first interview via Skype, then a task I had to solve which was a video animation then we discussed the task in a second interview, there was an ofer and negotiation

Very unrespectful. Someone from HR called me and asked me a few questions, just to check my information from Resumé. Then she asked me if I would do a challenging task in 24 hours. I agreed and then I received the task by email. It was a very complex project that I spend an entire day working on it and send it to them. Some days after I receive just an email saying that my process will not go on. Absolutely none of the feedback about my hard work. Absolutely nothing about thanking me to giving my time. Until now I'm asking myself why I said yes to this awful challenge.
