WM Operations Supervisor interview questions

Applied online, was screened through a phone interview, then asked to conduct an in person interview. The entire process was conducted very professionally, thorough and straight to the point. When I showed up for the in person interview, I was greeted by the Manager and taken to his office for the interview. He made me feel comfortable, especially since this was my first interview for a civilian job.
