I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WME
Interview
Employee referral. Interview was very easy going, and the person I spoke with was very down to earth. Went through my employment history and spoke about what kind of career experience I'm looking for. She explained the whole floater program and how it works, as well as how to progress beyond the program to the assistant role.
Phone call, standard questions about experience, career goals, and the entertainment industry. Straight-forward process. Would recommend coming with some examples of work you’ve seen that’s relevant to things you want to do and show that you keep up with the industry as a whole.
Was referred by a mentor and scheduled an interview the following day. The recruiter was lovely and asked all the typical questions regarding interest in the agency, experience, etc. 15 minute interview - was offered a job in the room.
Super friendly HR rep, scheduled an online interview and asked the typical interview questions. Turned more into a fun/casual conversation. Taken a while to hear back, still waiting to see if I get moved to the next round.
