Was quick they just scanned the CV. Saw the word quality and short listed me for the next round. You need to be dressed in formals as it's the culture(annoying though)

1 HR round followed by Technical round and 1 more advanced round for QA qualities and to check cultural fit. The overall interview process is streamlined and doesn't take much of time.
