Thank you so much for your feedback, we're very sorry to hear you found the recruiting process confusing. While we can't be sure what happened in your specific case, what often happens is an applicant is qualified but we filled the role before we spoke with them. We then send the rejection letter to everyone but the hired candidate. If a new role opens, we go back to past applicants that are qualified and reach out with an opportunity to interview.
