Interview
WPCS is an IBEW company. You are hired out of the union hall. There isn't really an interview process for system installers. You are already qualified by the union by having gone through the apprenticeship program or getting organized into the union and getting tested.

Question 1
There are no questions unless you are being hired for a specific skill. All you need to be able to do is pass a drug test and fill out an employee job packet.
