      Business Development Interview

      15 Jun 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Kansas City, MO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at WPP (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2011

      Interview

This was a very drawn out process, over many months and after a hiring freeze. However, the interviews and process were very professional and well done. They made sure that each team member had the opportunity to meet me and communicated well throughout the process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked some situational questions that made me think on my toes.

      Interview

Very slow, uninspiring people. Sadly, one of those old advertising giants who are slowly fading away because they're not embracing modern times. Most people I've met are careless about the company, the work and culture.
