Usual competency based questions in two rounds. Engaging and exchanging information during the interviews, which is an important part to decide whether the team/company would fit your expectations.
It was followed by 4 weeks of radio silence despite me asking for feedback twice. At this point I withdrew my application - if this is how they treat
applicants, I don't want to know how they treat their employees. A week later HR decided to send an email asking if I was still interested in the position. No thanks, that ship has sailed.
Overall disappointed, but given that I had a similar experience last time (5 or so years ago) demonstrates that not much has changed at wsp when it comes to recruitment. Also hearing similar stories to mine across my network about them.
