      Engineer In Training (E I T ) Interview

      19 Jun 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WSP

      Interview

First a phone call interview with HR to discuss what experience you have briefly and what you look for in the company. Second, an in-person interview with more than one manager to discuss more in detail your experience and how you would apply what you know to what they do. It wasn't hard it was really just to get to know you and your skill-set more, and also to tell you what you would be doing and what exactly they are looking for.
