After sending my application via LinkedIn, I got a request for a short video introduction. A few minutes after submitting it, I got a call from (my now line manager) the Head of Recruitment who called me in for an interview. It was a relaxed atmosphere, he was casual yet professional and understanding towards my nervousness. It was the most thorough interview I had attended to that day, but I was happy to have a clear picture of the company's expectations from me and have all my questions answered. A week after that, I had my second interview, this time with the two HRBPs of the business unit I was to be assigned to and a few days after, WSP contacted my 2 previous managers who provided a positive reference for me, so my offer was on the way.
It was a smooth process and I felt I got the support I needed, considering the fact that I was relocating abroad in a short time frame.
