It was conducted via vidoe call and was pretty much an informal chat about my background and skills. My past experience, projects i Worked on, software I was knowledgeable on.

Do you have environmental experience?
Very efficient and good communication. Interciew involved case study presentation then questions on my approach and my style etc. they were super friendly and allowed good time at the end to ask questions

Pretty simple and easy. It was two interviews over the course of a few weeks and then I got an offer shortly after the second interview. It is an entry level position so this may vary by job and department / location.
