      Archaeologist Interview

      29 Mar 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WSP in Nov 2020

      Interview

Applied in July 2020, interviewed in November 2020 after scheduling through a "reply all" email where I learned more than I wanted to about the other candidates' schedules. It took until February 2021 after sending a few concerned follow-up emails that the impending project hadn't worked out and I wouldn't be hired. During the whole process from interview to rejection, I felt like I had to (very politely) push to get a simple yes or no answer to basic questions, and I never got a sense of why the company was interested in me beyond filling an open position.
