Interview
Initially, filled in the online application. After a while I was asked to do the online numerical test and was given 2 days to do it from the email date. Pretty much straight after that got invited to sit the Inductive Reasoning Test. Then in a couple of days got invited for the telephone interview which I, unfortunately, failed. The whole process from the initial application to the invitation for the interview was very quick unlike other companies, took about a week in total.

The questions were as follows and as far as I know they don't change over time (but still do prepare for something unexpected):
1. Give an example of when you had to build a relationship with someone
2. Give an example of when you have led a team to success
3. Give an example of when you showed initiative to improve a process
4. Why do you want to work for Towers Watson?
5. Why have you applied to this role?
6. Do you know which qualifications you can study for at TW?
And be prepared to elaborate on the above mentioned questions, e.g. what have you learnt from this experience?

great, easy going, virtual, friendly,
ask a lot of questions about behavioural questions
cv questions too,
also technical questions about how to invest for endowments and institutions
touch upon recent news about investing too, talks about investment advice in general and how recent tariff affects investment
Three-stage process: screening and tests, virtual interview and assessment centre. Basic questions in the virtual interview - typical competency and motivation. The assessment centre was motivation, competency, presentation and group work. Feedback was poor from the assessment centre.

Interview
I applied online and received the invitation to an assessment and video interview directly. The exam was not challenging and the questions were not hard either. I finished my assessment and video interview confidently and received a rejection letter indicate although my skills and capabilities are of interest, they decided not to progress with my application. Definitely suggest not wasting your time with them.
