Interview
The first interview was an online pre-recorded one. You had a few seconds to read the questions and then you had to talk for a minute or two while you answer. Afterwards, there was a writing task where you have five minutes to answer the question (while the camera is still running).
While it's a good way of sorting through lots of candidates, it's also not a great way to interview because of the lack of one-to-one. It makes it harder to perform as you feel like you need to be pre-rehearsed.

The writing task was about how you would contribute to diversity in the workplace or something like that.
CV, then video interview, then assessment centre with two tasks, competency based interview, and meeting with members of the current team at the company. Did not hire that many people so no offer
