Participated in an introductory meeting and 2 hour long interview sessions where I was interviewed by 2 people in each. Was asked pretty general questions on how I manage my time and work.

How would I manage 3 clients asking me to get something done for each of them ASAP.
The interview process at WTW was laid back. I got to meet various members of the team before I accepted the offer. Overall, I would say the interview process was one of the best I have had.
Started with a phone screening. Two days of interviewing. Spoke with four people. First day was primary manager. Then met the office manager. Then two in the roll, which was helpful to understand the job and expectations of workload.

2 Hours of interviews with multiple people. Feels like interview was created for stats. Interviewers going through the motions. No follow ups after. Feels a bit unorganized in the organization.
