Sat down with manager and he asked simple questions like availability, age, hrs willing to work, and have you served before. Pretty basic. If you served before you will probally get the job.
I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

Interview
The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
