Two managers spoke to me and asked me several questions.
I then did a roleplay scenario at another date.
I was able to pass the first round and I did not pass the second round.

Overall it was a pleasant process. I was first contacted by the HR, and then met three management level employees for general interview questions and mock cold call scenarios. One was over Skype because the manager was working at home, and the others were in the office.
