I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wai & Connor (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Very brief verbal interview and then a typing test. The higher the WPM, the better the wow factor. They'll take just about anyone that is competent and not an idiot. They'll ask about your previous job experience, familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, among a few other things. Definite preference for UCLA students.

Interview
Applied and got a call asking for my salary requirements and scheduled an in person interview. Once at the interview questions consisted of how I work in a team, how I work autonomously, where I expect to see myself in 5 years, and what mu schedule is like. After I was asked to take a 10 key and typing test. After that I left and they told me they would get back to me after other interviews and making their decisions.
