Interview
A series of standard online background checks and questionnaires. Then, a group session, with around 10 people sat in a room with two members of Waitrose staff watching. Tasks were set and candidates were advised to try and contribute to the session.

What should you do in certain scenarios e.g. when a customer has asked you to help find something, a manager has asked you to retrieve something from storage, and a glass has been smashed in a aisle simultaneously.
