Group task and one-to-one interview hosted in a Waitrose branch in London. Was not too daunting, they were very friendly and welcoming and wanted you to do well. Group task was about customers and what they wanted. Just speak up and make sure your voice is heard

Online test multiple choice scenario questions an ranking yourself, then 2nd stage is interview and work in group to solve questions like e.g. what do you do if we don't have a certain product a customer wants

Group interview, had several people split into smaller groups which they then asked to collaborate on questions. Seemed important to be communicative, and open to the feedback of others interviewing.
