Initially you send your CV. If you pass to the next round, you will be invited to do an online assessment. You will have lots of situations and you have to rate the available options from most likely to least likely. They all address your behaviour and attitude towards customers and your team colleagues.

one to one interview with a manager very friendly , normal customer service questions, when questions about your self and taked about the company no feedback or contact after even though was told I would get some freeback.

Very straight forward 1-1 interview. Was very welcoming and put you at eas straight away. Straight forward questions as to why ypou would benefit the business. Found it a very good process
