Panel interview with 3 people. Asked about my experience based on my resume. Then they explained the job in detail to me. Then they took turns asking me about ten interview questions pertaining to the job requirements.

I applied months ago & then I was contacted last month (June) to come to the agency to take an assessment. I took the assessment, passed it, and then I was called in for an interview. I had the interview last week & they told me they'd be making a decision by 7/11/14. I was called yesterday regarding my references, so I am assuming I will get an offer soon. Hopefully, it will be worth my while...especially since I have previous experience doing the same job in a different state. I will update this post once I get an offer. :) **Update (7/14/14): I received the job offer on 7/11/14 just as they advised and I was able to negotiate my salary. I am extremely excited about starting.
