They ask you questions about senerios you've been in . Like "Name a situation where you've had to handle a customer complaint and how the customer acted" " name a situation where u had a lot to do and you helped a co worker"

Why I want to work there and what can I offer them
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
