Walgreens prefers to promote within. The lowest management position is SFL (Shift Lead). If you have at least 3 years of customer service experience and posses a good customer service background, you can be considered. You must also have a high school diploma.

Be prepared to provide examples of specific previous work experience. Paint the picture with specific details to tell the story. So it feels like we are inside the example rather than just bullet points.

I applied and had a reference. I had 1 fairly standard interview with some straight forward questions and then using behavioral based questions. It was very friendly and a good experience. It lasted around 45 mins total.

Interview
The interview was on the computer, the manager was experienced in asking questions. I stumble over my words, I will get better in doing this type of interviews and know to relax when giving my response.
