Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walgreens in Jun 2013
Interview
One interview, fairly normal and simple. Manager was great considering he knew I'd only be there for 3 months. Some questions I recall were "Why do you want to work at Walgreens?" and "What interests you about the company?" After I got hired I had to go in for two days, paid training, and do numerous modules that are required for employees. These were not hard but I was there for about seven hours. On the second day, I finished early and was put on the register. I had extensive prior cashier experience so it wasn't hard but I was taught company policies such as "IC3".
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with easy, clear questions that required minimal extra preparation. I also appreciated how promptly the interview was scheduled and conducted, which made the overall experience smooth and respectful of my time.
