I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walgreens (Sarasota, FL)
Interview
There really wasn't a formal interview. I was recommended by a friend who was a current employee, and I was essentially called in to start my paperwork. I was only asked two questions: why do you want to work for Walgreens, and how long do you plan to stay with the company. They care more about your personality than any skills you may or may not have.
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with easy, clear questions that required minimal extra preparation. I also appreciated how promptly the interview was scheduled and conducted, which made the overall experience smooth and respectful of my time.
