Interview
The interview process consisted of a few questions dealing with real life scenarios. Almost every question was based on a scenario, and you had to basically explain what you would do in the situation.

Name a time you had a problem with a customer and how did you resolve it?
Very straightforward, behavioral interview style. The shift and store manager interviewed me, they were very understanding and easy to talk to. The questions were all based on you, your past experiences, and how they can help with being a CSA.

Interview
Asked about my prior work history. Mostly talked about if I was a good fit for the night shift. Talked for a while but a lot of it was just conversation rather than interview questions.
They sat me down for a couple questions, very simple. They shuffled people in and out pretty quick, but if you're talkative and honest it seems likely you'll get through.
